Track-On courier – do not use this courier for anything – their website address http://trackoncourier.com
doesnt even have a phone number or address or who the hell these guys are – nothing about the company on their website – stinks – their customer service numbers are never picked up and all the independant franchisees have no clue as regards the parcels – while their online tracking system shows delivered – the franchisee has no idea where the parcel is – I had a bad experience with their Fort branch – Mr. Tushar – no manners – no knowledge and no experience – fortunately I can avoid them since there are others.

I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Trackon Couriers. A courier was sent by my office at Shimla and the local office did not deliver it despite the fact that I live in one of Delhi’s best known and easily accessible upmarket colony in Janakpuri. When I called the local office up, they told me that they didn’t find anyone at home and they returned the courier. Then my office sent me the same courier again through Trackon Couriers and they returned it the same day. I called up the guy again and he misbehaved with me. He was lying through his nose on both the occasions that there was no one at my place.

I tried to lodge a complaint against this particular man through their website, but there was nothing in it. No Regional or Head Office address, no mail address, no complaint box, nothing.
It is extremely dangerous to avail the services of courier companies as shady as this particular courier company – Trackon Couriers. There is no way you can get any redressal should a consignment gets stolen, damaged etc or their staff misbehaves.

The worst courier service I have encountered. Mailed wedding invitations 30 days ahed of the wedding but the majority of them not delivered nor are they willing to give PODs. The Pune agent Mr Jha is most non committal about delivery or producing PODs. They should be banned from business.
