I would like to comment about one thing that the operations office in Delhi is not answering the call properly, I am calling from Australia to know what the procedure and how much investment is required to open Mcdonalds branch in india but the pepole in that office dont bother to even say that we dont know anything they just pick the receiver and keep it a side.This type of service affect Mcdonalds name.

delhi head office is run by stupid people they are just a idiots ……i am calling them since three months they even doesn’t not answer the phone I just heard a gigling and they hang a phone state away , is there kind of joke going on over there..? , i dont know how come mcdonolds brand is so irresponsible to give their business in hand of stupid people , i want to investment in north india i am living abroad and cant find any information about it from north zone branch is there any chance to talk with any responsible person about it .

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am senior citizen- age 65 years- and have been a regular patron of McDonalds Andheri West [McDonalds opposite Andheri West Railway Station],since its very inception. But I am very anguished and sad to say that the standard of McDonalds I have mentioned, is pathetic and sorrowful to the people frequenting this McDonalds. The staff is very rude and enjoys peoples discomfort.
The toilet which is supposed to be for the customers is closed most of the time and used discreetly by the staff. I am a diabetic and I need to go to the toilet frequently so where do I go if not at MacDonalds where I am eating??
Also some of the staff does not use gloves while handling food caring two hoots about the hygeine and health of the customers.
The Aircondition is seldom working here despite the sweltering heat of the summer months.
And last but not the least the MUSIC is played at FULL BLAST and when any customer requests the staff to turn the volume it falls on deaf years. The music is played full blast even after the stipulated time of 10.00 pm casuing great discomfort and agony to the customers. Customers have to shout at the top pf their voices to be heard. When even the Midnight mass timing during Christmas has been brought forward to 10.00 pm so that peace loving people are not disturbed then how come music is played full blast in a public joint like McDonalds till well past midnight??
I would be extremely grateful if the authorities at McDonalds rectifies these problems urgently and brings some law and order into practice at the Andheri West Branch opposite the Andheri West railway station. If these problems are not rectified I will complain to the McDonalds International Head Office and also go to the Human rights commission.
The McDonalds at Andheri Station are probably the worst in the world.
