    We require your help on society building repaire and Revelopment of our society without conyance of society several members are ready and we will all come is troble if developmer/ broker will not build the building because developer has sign the Development Agreement Three (3) Years before i.e.March,2011 till date we had not brought Conveyance and I.O.D of our building and Now, BMC say our Building in Dilipated Condition but in the month of March,2014. We have appoint BMC Approved. License Architects and Their report building is repaireable and Cost of Repaire will be Rs.40Lakhs & Society is having repaire & sinking Fund Rs.18Lacs and balance Rs.22Lakhs building will be repaire and All society Members are ready to repaire our building and details deceided in Special General Meeting on 9th March,2014 and fund and members contribution is also decided and June,2014 managing committee say will not do repaire and no reply and now, BMC say building to be vact and after BMC notice Committee members left their flats ( Chairman, Secertary, Tresuer ) AND now out of 28 society members we are 7(Seven)Society memebrs are still residing in the society building. And society is having the sinking and repaire fund and managing committee has good terms with the developer/broker. Therefore, there are not ready to repiare
