Some Trains should also start from Belapur to Andheri.
The changed Time table of the local train to Andheri is not suitable to the commuter who at at belapur as the train coming from Panvel is touching Belapur at 5.51PMwhich does not suit working in Belapur.

guys i too was running for this direct tybcom thing but in vain i got rejection from everywher stating der used to b such thing nw its not…but it still exists…yes ive taken direct admission for tybcom thru Periyar University…its fully govt & UGC recognised…its given B+ by NAAC…its fully govt controlled uni..and is a member of All India Universities(AIU)..n i dun think u need nethin beyond this…here’s the number n address of the place of admission to b taken..

So we beg you ‘ Please Save INDIAN breed Cow ‘ This is the only solution , time left.If any one not come forward such Innocent cow will be finish. Please help us to save cow. I trust you have read Rajdeep Sardesai’s open letter to Mr Uddhav Thakeray doing the rounds on the internet. Frankly, for two reasons I won’t be surprised if you haven’t. One, it is in English. And two, it is extremely well-written and very thought–provoking. If you haven’t read it I suggest you ask your children to translate it for you. Like the offspring of most Shiv Sainiks I presume yours too are studying in the most elitist of convent schools.
But first, let me introduce myself.
I am just a Stupid Common Man. Have you seen the film ‘A Wednesday’? You must, even though it is in Hindi. Nasiruddin Shah’s soliloquy at the end of the film where he spits out his pent-up anger against the system and all politicians will make your hair stand on end. He calls himself just a Stupid Common Man. That’s what I am too, as are the faceless thousands and thousands of us in this city. And like the Stupid Common Man, we are a very angry lot today; angry at your silly and immature antics, and angry at the city being held to ransom by your aging leader and his coterie of Yes Men.
I have tried to understand what your core values are, but I am stumped! Let me spell out why.
Your agitation against Shah Rukh Khan, Rahul Gandhi, Mukesh Ambani and Sachin Tendulkar turned out to be as riveting as a deflating balloon. Nobody paid heed to your leader’s call, least of all we Bombay manoos who you have turned into a kind of experimental guinea pigs in the political laboratory. What kind of wishy-washy, spineless, sloppy fellows are you! Sorry, Mr Shiv Sainik, the nation did not want an apology from SRK – far from it. They just want good, edge-of-the-seat cricket. And the nation showed what they think of your fading leader by making SRK’s film the biggest grosser in Bollywood. What Rahul G gave you gentlemen was a resounding slap-in-the-face by doing what your leader has never done – Rahul mingled freely with the ordinary manoos in Bombay. Sachin endeared himself to the whole country by proclaiming that he was an Indian first. As for Mukesh Ambani, please await the next chapter.
Now let me tell you why we are an angry lot. Your creaky gramophone record about Marathi pride being hurt has ceased to convince us any more. During your current tenure at the BMC, 35 Marathi municipal schools were shut down. Is this your idea of pride? Rahul Bose (I don’t think you gentlemen have even heard of him) in a recent TV interview gave statistics to show that Bombay has already lost out to Delhi in virtually every department of administration. Forget Delhi, it is losing out to Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. Is this your idea of pride?
And your flip-flop about allowing the Australians to play in Bombay has many of us in splits. If you are against immigrants, surely you should be supporting racism in Australia! And if you are protesting racism in Oz, does it mean that you have had a change of heart about the North Indians? Is this pride, or total Alzeimeric confusion? Yes, we are angry at your threats to paralyse Bombay at the drop of a sparrow’s droppings. And, more important, we are angry at your wanton destruction of public property. Your loss at successive elections is enough proof of the adage “You can fool some of the people all the time, or all the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time.”
Now let me tell you why some countries are great and the others are not. This will perhaps appeal to you, if you have progressed beyond high school. You have probably heard of a country called USA – it is the most powerful nation in the world today. It is so because of the way it allows the human potential to flower and flourish. Leaders – in politics and in business – in the US come from all parts of the world. If you ever were an avid newspaper reader (real newspapers, not the Saamna variety) you will recall that there was a man called Henry Kissinger. He was a German refugee from the Holocaust, and he became Secretary of State. That Mrs Indira Gandhi gave him a bloody nose during the ’71 war is another story. But let me give you an example that you would probably relate to better. You surely have seen Arnold Schwarzenegger’s films. He flexes his biceps and can put Salman K to shame – iconic and breath-taking stuff for your stone-throwing, public property-destroying foot-soldiers. He migrated from Austria about 40 years ago determined to make it big in the US. Arnold is presently Governor of California. And there are several Indians in Obama’s (he happens to be the President of the US) administration, including a few Marathi manoos (No, Please, Al Gore is NOT a Marathi manoos). And their contribution to American society and economy is just enormous.
The point I am making is simply this: you can throw out the ‘outsiders’ only at your economic peril. All along you have been talking only about job reservations. Have you ever given a thought to job creation? Have you ever wondered why very, very few Marathi manoos make it to the IFS, IAS, IRS and the higher echelons of the armed forces? It’s now high time you gave a thought to that, AND DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!
Now try to picture this. Bombay accounts for about 35% of the income tax collections of the country. This you probably know. What you probably do not know is that companies pay income tax in the city where their registered offices are situated. Now just imagine – and please try to do so seriously because we are not talking kaanda bhajiya but real big mega stuff – what would happen if the big 3 suddenly decided to shift their registered offices to Baroda, or Bangalore, or Delhi? Do you recall the downfall of Calcutta when Charu Mazumdar and his naxalite thugs ran amok there? And the ruins of Uganda when Big Boy Idi Amin threw out the Indians? In economic terms it’s called flight of capital. The Tatas called Mamta didi’s bluff and shifted the Nano project lock, stock and barrel to Gujarat. That left Bengal gasping for breath. Mukesh Ambani is already talking of shifting his registered office to Jamnagar . . . I leave the rest to your imagination.
And have you ever thought what would happen to Bombay if the film industry, what Bombay is really synonymous with, decided to move to Noida?
Sorry for being harsh on you, dear Mr SS, but I am just a Stupid Common Man letting off steam against your apathy, utter lack of vision and foresight, and utter lack of concern for us.
Now let’s see what you gentlemen CAN do. You are controlling the BMC for the moment. And I say for the moment because I see the Rahul G tsunami in the distant horizon fast approaching Matoshree. SO IT’S TIME YOU DID SOMETHING FOR BOMBAY! You have until 2012. Merely changing names of cities and roads and monuments, and creating an identity crisis for everybody, will not help. I’ve never heard you gentlemen talk of
Ø · Urban planning
Ø · eliminating corruption, especially in the BMC that you presently control,
Ø · giving us good roads and footpaths,
Ø · parks and gardens,
Ø · upgraded municipal hospitals and schools,
Ø · uninterrupted water and electricity.
All that I’ve heard is the tinkling of shattered glass panes of the IBN Lokmat office, cinema theatres and of bhaiyya-owned taxis, and attacks on Kumar Ketkar.
And you gentlemen have woken up to the existence of Vidarbha only when they started demanding a separate state. It just boils down to plain neglect; so much for your oft-touted Marathi pride. This polemics has ensured your survival, but it has not taken you very far. You are fast approaching a dead-end. In fact, when the obituary of the Shiv Sena is written what will be remembered will not be the flyovers you built, but:
Ø · Bashing up south Indians
Ø · Bashing up north Indians
Ø · Digging up cricket pitches
Ø · Damaging the only world cup trophy brought by Kapil’s Devils
Ø · Enron-Dabhol scandal
Ø · Michael Jackson fund-raiser and the funds that disappeared
Ø · Miandad-Supremo camaraderie
Ø · Flight of capital and business (Hope you read ET. There must be a Marathi version)

Suggestions for local trains Thane Badlapur:
1) In order to reduce travelling effort a little bit, the existing ambernath locals should be extended till badlapur. Due to high residential rate of flats, more and more people are approaching towards badlapur, the fastest growing city in central suburbs. But trains are still getting crowded. Badlapur is next to ambernath. So if all the ambernath local trains gets extended till badlapur then it will be a big relief to all the badlapur commuters.
2)Badlapur to Vashi Train Service via. airoli station:
This will save a lot of times of a lot of commuters who travel somehow by buses or has to travel till thane and then change train from there. So if badlapur to Vashi train starts then a lot of people will get benefited and also it will increase the demand of properties of badlapur further.
There is no train from Badlapur/Kalyan to Vashi. Commuters have to travel till thane & then change the train. It is observed that tracks are already in place between airoli & Dombiwali stations.
So, if it is possible to start new local train service from Badlapur to Vashi via. Airoli and viceversa as shown below.
Train 1: Badlapur->Kalyan->Dombivali->Airoli->Ghansoli->Vashi.
Train 2: Vashi -> Ghansoli -> Airoli -> Dombivali -> Kalyan -> Badlapur.
This will save a lot of time of a lot of passengers and also contributes good income to railway.
Also, this will be a good contribuion to the fast developing Badlapur City.
Please try to forward this to appropriate authority so that a lot of people approaching to badlapur will get benefited and will also add more values to the onging projects.

Kamdhenu Ketumbakam is a way of living style of human been i.e. Go-sanskruti se sukha-samruddhi. So this is a NGO registerd under society act and working for enrichment of human life and set it free from fundamental day to day problems. We can get rid of these very basic problems, if we observe closely how our ancestors lead a simple life. This basically centered on keeping & caring cows. In ancient times, a cow played an important role in Vedic culture. It has been our strong belief that a cow has come to an existence for our overall well being. Cow-keeping and rearing based organic agriculture was practiced for thousands of years, which eventually gave birth to a prosperous and very rich culture; which even startled Alexander-the-great. But unfortunately, we are going away from our great tradition of cow-worshiping by means of keeping and rearing it. It is costing us dearly in terms of environmental pollution, food inadequacies like malnutrition, water pollution, soil erosion due to lack of plenitude of fodder, eventually inviting many new problems like new diseases, new variety of viral attacks on humans and other species, degrading human values and increasing unemployment. These modern times with a bliss of technological inventions and excellence also make life difficult, which otherwise could be simpler, cleaner and effortless existence for everyone. Astonishing increase in number of early age blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, mental depression and likewise disorders, kidney malfunctions, tumor instances should be eye-openers.
Modern agriculture being chemical and petroleum dependent, the produce is inferior in its nutrition aspect. It presents constant difficulties like food and environmental pollution, great danger to our health, drought etc.
A sincere effort to get rid of above mentioned problems, Kamdhenu Kutumbkam is what we present as a solution. Overall social welfare and enrichment in the quality of life is its objective.

This is regarding the redevelopment of our residential complex Chandresh Residency Co-operative Housing Society Limited situated in Lodha Complex, Mira Road (East), Thane, 401107 and registered under TNA(TNA)/GNL/C/729/2001-2002/ (year 2001 dated 27/12/2001).
We would like to bring to your notice various irregularities by the office bearers of the Federation of the Chandresh Residency Co-operative Housing Society, who have appointed M/s PNK Spaces Redevelopment Pvt. Ltd. for the redevelopment of our residential complex which has 8 buildings and 316 flats, are not following the redevelopment process as per the bye-law of the co-operative housing society and have not taken the consent of the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of few buildings in our complex and went ahead and selected and PNK Spaces from start without the consent of the owners of 316 flats.
The office bearers of the federation which looks after the functioning of all the 8 buildings have kept all the owners in dark and did not involve them or informed them about the progress of the redevelopment process keeping them in dark nor did they reverted on the written queries by various societies in the complex.
In the month of ramzan in iftar party,all the secretary and chairman of the sociteyhas given the signing authority to chairman and secretary of federation for conveyance and redevelopment. This authority was given without the approval of members of society.
After the process of conveyance advertisement was given in the news paper of inviting tender.5 developers has purchased the tender and federation had taken the meeting with all the developers. Federation has never opened the offer of any developer and finalized the pnk without the approval of any of the member. Federation has informed about the appointment of pnk as a developer through notice on 2 oct 2011.
The offer which pnk has given was not accepted by any members in the society.
Federation has appointed pnk without the approval of the members.It is also mentioned in the minutes of the society that they are not ready for redevelopment with pnk.
Again on 7th march 2012 federation has distributed circular that pnk has arranged site visit on 11th march. Approval for the same was also not discussed with any of the members.
Again on 22 april 2012 federation has given circular that they have arranged meeting with pnk in GCC club with all the members.on 13may. The approval for the same was also not dicussed with any of the members. Expences for the meeting is being arrange by the federation which includes 632 people lunch .No discussion for the same with any members.
On May 13th 2012, the federation organized a meeting between the owners and the builder at GCC Club where they took past owners and several people from each owner families to show majority and get the allotment letter. While that meeting failed to get the required support from the owners who realize the federation was cheating with them as they were not getting anything from the builder – no corpus fund, no bank guarantee or extra space as per the provision of redevelopment. It was surprising to see the Registrar also attending this meeting who has not bothered to listen to address our complaints filed against the federation about the irregularities in the redevelopment process.
After 13th May 2012 meeting, the federation has started taking sign from all the flat owners on irrevocable consent letter with franking paper of value of Rs. 100, which is illegal. The most shocking is that they are taking signatures by going to each flat and taking signature from housewives who are uneducated and unaware what this document is all about. Once they manage to get signature on this consent letter nobody can stop them from going into redevelopment and hence we would be obliged if you help us in this crucial matter related to our building and save us from falling to our federation who has their own vested interest and taking decisions at the cost of the 316 flat owners.
Most of the owners of 8 buildings in the federation especially ‘E’ and ‘H’ wings and majority owners of other buildings under Chandresh Residency have been complaining and opposing the redevelopment process due to no clarity and miscommunication from federation who did not bothered to address the same and was very aggressive in their approach and always wanted ‘E’ wing owners to accept their terms and conditions and brainwashing owners to come forward and accept their proposal. Now other wings have also understood their plot and going against them and hence we would like your support in highlighting the same.
The current redevelopment process adopted by the federation has a backing of only 25% of the owners while 75% owners are against it as they are not following the prescribed redevelopment process as per Thane redevelopment Act.
Please find attached all the communications shared between the federation and the registar to help you understand the issue in detail. The attached documents include:
- Advertisement of the redevelopment inviting tenders from builders
- Complaint against federation by few socieities
- Complaint for dissolving the federation
- 3-4 complaints to registrar against the illegal redevelopment process
- Irrevocable consent letter by federation on franking paper for getting signature from all the owners for their consent on going ahead with PNK builder.
We would be happy to provide you with more updated details on the issue and urge you to speak with the owners, builder and the registrar to get dig this another scam by the federation of our society.
